At Rose Harvey Homes Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our mobile homes for sale—custom-built and delivered—we do not offer refunds or returns once a home has been delivered and accepted.

However, if there is a manufacturing defect or significant damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include repairs or replacements where applicable.

All concerns must be reported in writing to info@roseharveyhomes.com along with detailed photos and a description of the issue.
